Getting started

What is pawpado?+
A cloud gaming service for Indonesian gamers. We rent you a real NVIDIA A10G GPU on AWS in Indonesia with a shelf of games already installed, you play straight in your browser or via the Moonlight app, and you pay by the minute — from Rp 46.000/hour all in, covering the machine, the disk, the IP address and 1080p streaming. There is nothing to pay in a month you don't play, and no monthly commitment.
How is pawpado different from AirGPU?+
AirGPU also has Indonesian-native latency and pay-as-you-play — credit where it's due. Where it falls short: cold starts take 5–10 minutes, and you rent a disk that bills whether or not you play. pawpado boots in under 2 minutes and stops charging the moment you click stop. On Casual and Hardcore there's no disk to rent at all — the games are already in the image — so a month you don't play costs you nothing, and your saves are still there when you return.
Is there a free trial?+
No card on file required to sign up. Top up Rp 50k of credits — a bit over an hour on Casual, with the month's games already installed — and feel the latency yourself before committing more.
Do I have to install anything?+
No. Start a session, open Play, and click a game — it opens streaming in a new browser tab. No app, no VPN, no pairing step. That works on Windows, Mac, iPad, Android and iPhone, on any machine you happen to be sitting at.

The Moonlight app is still there and still supported, and it is the better choice when you want a TV or Steam Deck, a controller, or the absolute best picture. Installing it is a one-time step; on iPhone and iPad it also needs Tailscale. Neither is required to play.
Which should I use — the browser or Moonlight?+
Start in the browser. It is instant and it is enough for most sessions.

Switch to Moonlight if you want to play on a TV or Steam Deck, need a game controller, or want the highest bitrate the hardware can push. Moonlight is a native app, so it can use the device's decoder more directly than a browser is allowed to.

On a tablet, if motion looks less smooth than you expect, set fps to 30 in Settings. A steady 30 looks better than an uneven 60 — we default tablets to 30 for exactly that reason.
How long does it take to start playing?+
About 2 minutes from clicking Play to in-game. Your instance powers up, the GPU drivers initialize, Apollo + Tailscale come online, then your Moonlight client connects.

Hardware + performance

What hardware am I running on?+
Real NVIDIA A10G (24 GB VRAM) on AWS g5, with gp3 SSD storage, in AWS Jakarta (ap-southeast-3). Pick your tier when you build your machine: g5.xlarge (4 vCPU / 16 GB), g5.2xlarge (8 vCPU / 32 GB), or g5.4xlarge (16 vCPU / 64 GB) — every tier shares the same A10G GPU. All run Windows Server 2022.
What resolutions and frame rates are supported?+
Pick a streaming quality when you start a session: 720p, 1080p, 1440p, or 4K, all at 60 fps. 1080p on one screen is included in the hourly rate; 720p is a discount, and 1440p and 4K add a per-hour bandwidth charge. A second screen for local co-op adds one too, priced by the quality it's streaming at. Encoder is NVENC (hardware H.264 / HEVC).
What controllers work?+
Xbox controllers via DS4 emulation, native PlayStation controllers, and any generic HID gamepad. Audio output, microphone passthrough, and rumble all forward through the stream.
Why does my game stutter or lag sometimes?+
Most stutter is the network between your client and the instance. Try lowering bitrate in Moonlight (50 Mbps is plenty for 1080p / 60), prefer 5 GHz Wi-Fi or wired ethernet on the client, and avoid VPNs that aren't Tailscale. If it persists, email support@forjio.com with a Moonlight stats screenshot.
Can I record gameplay on the instance?+
Yes — install OBS or any Windows recorder. Be aware that recording locally on the instance and streaming the gameplay to you is two NVENC sessions; you may need to drop quality on one to fit the GPU's encoder budget.

Library + games

Which games are installed?+
Casual boots with five games already on the disk; Hardcore adds three AAA headliners on top. The whole lineup changes on the first of every month, and your saves are kept for you — when a game comes back around, your progress is waiting where you left it. The current list is on the pricing page.
Can I install my own games?+
On Custom, yes — RDP in and install Steam, Epic, GOG, Battle.net or anything else. It's a real Windows desktop with full admin access, and the disk persists, so you only download once. On Casual and Hardcore the machine is destroyed when you stop, so anything you install lasts for that session only. Steam and Epic are on the image if you want to play something of your own for an evening.
If the machine is destroyed, what happens to my saves?+
They're backed up before the machine goes away, and restored the next time you play. That's the trade the throwaway tiers make — you don't keep the disk, so you don't pay for it while you're away, but the part you actually care about follows you. Anything else you installed does not.
What happens if I take a break?+
On Casual and Hardcore, nothing — there's no disk and no IP to bill once you stop, so a month you don't play costs you exactly zero and your saves are waiting when you come back.

On Custom the disk is yours and bills continuously, so if your wallet hits zero you enter a grace window: the machine is kept ready for a day, then the disk is saved as a snapshot and held for several more — longer once you've topped up Rp 500.000+ over your account's lifetime. We notify you before anything is deleted. See the docs for the exact schedule.
Are there games I cannot play on pawpado?+
Anti-cheat systems that require kernel-level drivers (Vanguard for Valorant, Easy Anti-Cheat in kernel mode for some titles, BattlEye in restricted mode) currently flag cloud GPU instances as virtual machines and refuse to run. This affects Valorant, Fortnite competitive mode, Apex Legends ranked, and a few others. Single-player AAA titles, most Steam multiplayer games, Steam Big Picture, emulators, and dev workflows all work fine. We're tracking anti-cheat compatibility — once vendor support catches up to cloud gaming we'll re-test the blocked list.
Can I install games not from a legitimate store?+
No. The Acceptable Use section of the Terms of Service prohibits pirated software. We don't actively scan your instance, but if a rights-holder reports infringement we'll comply with the takedown.

Billing + refunds

How does pricing work?+
Pay-as-you-go from a single prepaid credit balance, billed by the minute rather than rounded to the hour.

On Casual (Rp 46.000/hour) and Hardcore (Rp 56.000/hour) that is the entire bill — the machine, the disk, the IP address and 1080p on one screen, all in one number, running only while you play. There is no storage line and no monthly line.

On Custom (from Rp 59.000/hour) the machine and disk persist, so storage at Rp 2.000/GB-month and a static IP at Rp 85.000/month bill continuously whether or not you play. Full detail on the pricing page.
What payment methods are supported?+
Plugipay handles all payments. Indonesian methods covered: QRIS, virtual account (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, Permata), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay), and credit cards.
Can I get a refund?+
Credits you haven't spent yet aren't auto-refunded but we'll work with you on obvious billing errors or edge cases — email support@forjio.com.
What happens to my session if my credits run out mid-game?+
The meter checks every minute. When your balance hits zero your session is auto-stopped within about a minute — same as if you clicked Stop, and your saves are backed up the same way. On Custom the disk then enters its grace window (kept ready for a day, then snapshotted); top up within the window and click Play again to resume.
Can I resize my storage?+
On Casual and Hardcore there's nothing to resize — the disk comes with the image and is included in the hourly rate.

On Custom, yes: pick a larger size (200 GB–1 TB) and we grow the EBS volume; the partition extends on your next session start, no game reinstall. AWS only allows volumes to grow, not shrink, so to go smaller email support and we'll provision a fresh smaller machine and help you migrate.

Account + security

Why do I need a Huudis account?+
Huudis is the Forjio family's shared identity provider — same account works across pawpado, Plugipay, Storlaunch, and the rest of the line-up. We never see your password; auth is handled entirely on Huudis.
Can I share my account with my family?+
One paying user per account. We don't hard-block simultaneous logins, but the streaming session itself is single-occupant — only one Moonlight client at a time can pair and stream. Multiple-user households should run separate accounts.
How do I delete my account?+
From Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account. We zero out your wallet, terminate the EC2 instance, and wipe the EBS volume. Your Huudis account is not affected — you can sign back in to other Forjio products with the same credentials.
Where is my data stored?+
EBS storage on AWS in Jakarta (ap-southeast-3). Account metadata (email, wallet state, transaction log) on dev-machine in Singapore. We don't look at your saves or installed games. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Troubleshooting

My session is stuck in "starting" for more than 5 minutes.+
First-time provision can take up to 3 minutes (instance creation + boot + driver init). Subsequent starts should be under 2. If it's stuck longer than 5 min, refresh the page once; if still stuck, click Stop, wait for it to fully stop, and try Start again. Email support if it happens twice in a row.
Moonlight says "Could not connect" with the public IP.+
Make sure your session state is running on the dashboard (not just starting). Some corporate firewalls block UDP on 47998–48000; try a different network. On mobile, switch to the Mobile tab on the Connect panel and use Tailscale instead.
Pairing PIN is rejected.+
The PIN expires quickly — Moonlight regenerates a new one if you wait too long. Re-trigger pairing on Moonlight (it'll show a fresh PIN), then enter the new one in the pawpado portal within 30 seconds.
