An extra player is a second screen streaming off the same machine, for local co-op. It costs more at higher quality because it is a whole extra stream — the machine is already paid for, the bandwidth is not.

What does A10G mean for games?+
It is a dedicated NVIDIA datacenter GPU with 24 GB of memory, designed for graphics and cloud gaming. Calling it an “RTX 50xx equivalent” would be misleading, so we explain the games and recommended starting settings instead of inventing a consumer-model match.
Why is Hardcore Rp 10.000 more?+
Both tiers receive the same A10G GPU. Hardcore doubles the CPU and RAM to 8 vCPU / 32 GB and adds three AAA headliners on top of the Casual five.
Why is two-player co-op Rp 78.000/hour?+
Hardcore is Rp 56.000/hour. A second player needs a second full 1080p video stream, which adds Rp 22.000/hour for bandwidth and encoding. The game still runs on one machine.
Can I refund wallet credits?+
Yes. Unused wallet credit of at least Rp 50.000 is refundable on request. Compute or storage already used is not refundable; verified service failures can be credited back. See the full refund policy.
Is 4K included?+
1080p on one screen is included. Higher streaming resolutions use more bandwidth and add to the hourly rate. Streaming resolution and the game's own graphics preset are separate choices.
Will every game hit 60 fps?+
No blanket guarantee. Performance varies by game, patch, scene, and in-game preset. Start at 1080p, then tune the preset for the game you are playing; connection quality affects the stream separately.

If you need the machine to persist

The throwaway tiers only install what we bake into the image. If you want your own library kept between sessions — your Steam account, your mods, your files — you want a machine that stays.
